Windows 11 Rec for Taskbar Network Speed Monitor?

I’m setting up a new Windows 11-based Surface Laptop 4, and am looking for a network speed monitor that lives in the taskbar.

On my Mac, I have iStat Menus, which provides this nifty widget in my menubar:

I tried to install xmeters, but Windows 11 apparently disallows in-taskbar apps like this?

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Stardock makes a Windows 11 Start Menu and Taskbar replacement called Start11 that brings back much of the functionality lost from previous Windows versions, and adds some features of their own. I haven’t tried it myself but you can give it a shot. It may support xmeters.
