Every time Windows wants to check for an update while restarting, it could get stuck due to the following issue:
My router has 2 states.
Many white lights: devices recently connected and kind of being active
One green light: no new device connected recently, dormant.
In both states, the internet is running nicely, doesn’t matter.
However, when there is an update and I want to restart, it gets stuck in the restart screen (update underway). And the way to throw it out / let it continue is by turning the TV for example on and off so that my router goes into white lights.
Btw my PC is connected via network cable to the router and how could this state affect the restart capability so badly?
