Windows 10 Proxy Settings

Any of you network admins having an issue lately where the proxy server is turning itself on? I have five or so cases of users reporting network issues and each time I have looked the proxy settings have turned themselves on. It was getting bad enough where I had to implement a gpo policy to prevent it from being turned on. It started happening two weeks ago, I am not sure if a windows update is causing this issue but with the spread of users, I don’t think they are doing it. Not this many all at once in such a short timeframe. I also have not had this happen with my users before. I will let you know if forcing a prevent change gpo mitigates this issue.

PS the proxy address is always the 127 loopback address.

There might be some installed software that is network filtering and it works by basically turning the client pc into a proxy server so it can packet sniff.
