Some people are saying it's an overkill but it's 50 bucks right now and personally I don't see why you wouldn't pick it up. I put that same exact RAM (8G's) on my build.
Yes, yes it will. Look up benchmarks, and you will see that APUs benefit from faster ram. The higher the speed, the more FPS you get
yeah definitely since its an APU setup without a discrete card
Does 2133MHz RAM get you more fps if you have a discrete GPU?
Not much, maybe 2-3 frames more..Faster RAM will only improve the performance of APU's due to the fact that they rely primarily on the RAM.
http://pcpartpicker.com/p/Dk36 - My build costs 595, 45$ and its great... pcisbest, you posted a variation of my build with some parts ditched.
I cant believe, somebody actually used my build and just ditched couple of parts... I have the best possible build with great quality and this guy just makes a small modification to make it cheaper. Well some games dont play well on Dual Graphics so its needed, like for games that use Unreal Engine. Anyway I am still shocked...
I cant believe, somebody actually used my build and just ditched couple of parts
Never heard of sharing information btw that build is terrible for 600$
Using a apu for 600$ is dumb
Ehone, I heard of that I just a bit shocked... Never thought someone would, you know...
Anyway its not dumb and you can upgrade it later with an "Richland" APU. Its a kick ass beast for a gaming rig less than 600$ right now, did you even looked at my build what it has and that? http://pcpartpicker.com/p/Dk3
Just because you can upgrade it doesnt make it a better build.
If you want to upgrade get AM3+ and upgrade to the 8350 and get a better graphics card.
If you want a 600 build. dont do it with apus you will be dissapointed for 600$ on the other hand if it was 400$ it would be amazing but it aint.
I think a guy called nerd made the same build as yours but then for like 420 without the ssd cheaper ram and a cheaper case.
"Richland" APU's will cost slightly more or the same. "Trintiy" APUs will cost less, AMD Richland APU has an Radeon HD 8660D and coupled with Radeon HD 7670 GPU it will be a smack.
And you need to get a new gpu oh wait it looks like someone forgot that.
I dint forgot anything, he can later sell his CPU/APU and GPU to someone with less bugdet. I am not trolling, its just sweet to see something that small and cheap to pack a punch and this is not about how much costs the CPU/APU and the GPU. You complain just because it has an SSD and some a bit more expensive components... This is a quality build. Not a cheap ass.
Why would you get something bad if you can get something good? yes you are a troll or just really bad at computers.
You can go cheap ass and risk having to buy again a new PC just because your power supply fried your CPU or just wents up into flames and eventually you pay more. Yea you can get a gaming rig that packs a punch for a small ammount of cash but it will die quickly, I wouldt suggest it if there wasnt a "richland" coming out next month.
Who are you to labell me? I am not trolling, just giving decent arguments... You are type of person that wants performance over longevity or quality and specially reliability. Go buy a cheap beast and have a fun for a month or two ultil you need to replace something or when it dies just two or three days after waranty on your power supply or hard drives ends, go ahead... In long run you will pay more.
Its not about hardware, its about quality and to have less frustrating experience. Having your Windows and even a couple of small games loads shorter. Extend the life span of your CPU if you are not planning to upgrade it right now and most parts you dont need to replace, you can give or sell your old CPU/APU and GPU to someone, sell it to a friend for a fraction of a price that you paid for.
Try to make a build that is stronger, costs the same but you only can change CPU, GPU and RAM... FX 4300 costs the same as A10 5800k... I doubt you can do it.
-edit-
http://pcpartpicker.com/p/DvUz - Here is a cheaper version with an XFX power supply and without an SSD... Hello longer loading times... Antec is not the best that does not mean that their all power supplies suck. There are ups and downs, dont underestimate things... You will get burned..
You clearly havent watched the video.
XFX is not bad seagate is good if not better then WD.
So i dont know what you are talking about and can i only change the cpu gpu and ram thats just stupid the build uses quallity parts Xfx is better then antec.
Keep in mind you are using a 55$ mother board that aint reliable.
But this is what i would do for 600$
http://pcpartpicker.com/p/Dw1r
Btw you also need to change the mobo other wise it wont work you troll.
I dint say XFX is bad or not better... Antec may not be as good as XFX but that does not mean that you must underestimate them.
Seagate is good storage for a price but from toms hardware, what I checked on forums and that. Western Digital is better what most of the people say and they have good arguments. Seagate is probavly better in cheaper HDD's than Western Digital.
What is better motherboard and that does not go over 70-100$?
You are a cannibal troll go away, you pirahna.. You have bitten only the bones and not the flesh... >_>
-edit-
Your configuration is okay but DDR3 RAM is only at 1333mhz, you got no cooler to overclock it... Your CPU is only 30$ cheaper than A10 5800k, its weaker and no APU. Your build actually costs 630+ when promo ends and also it spends 120Watts more and no SSE4 probavly if I am correct.
The phenom is a better proccesor and usually you can get it for 80 and the video card for 200 so that makes up for the promos soo what was your point?

It was something similar to this.
