Will I need a new PSU

Over the last month I have been looking to build a new PC, the parts I have decided on are as follows:  

ASrock 990Fx Extreme3

AMD Pildriver FX-8350

Corsair H80i

G-Skill 8GB (2x4gb) DDR3 2133mhz

XFX AMD Radeon HD 7950 Double D Black edition 3gb.

I was wondering would my 700w PSU I already have in my current build be powerfull enough for these parts with a light overclock?

those components are not the best thing for that money, btw

What would you recomend that I change?

NO you will not NEED a new psu. That configuration will only take up about 450W
