WIll I be ok with my OEM copy of W7?

Ok so I am possibly buying some new parts to build a new PC and I say possibly because if they don't have what I want in store on Thursday I will have to order some parts online. Motherboard, CPU, RAM, GPU, and possibly a new case. I am reusing my HDD, sound card, and PSU. Now since I am formatting and doing a clean install of Windows 7 on this new PC, will Windows 7 actually work because all I have is an OEM copy. I found this article but it is from November 2009.

I had the same concerns,  but it worked flawlessly for me, i have had absolutley no issues, so dont worry about it.
