Hey guys, I found out about this, so, will they patent troll? Also, if they decide to take a cas against someone who had it on the market first(OculusVR), who do you think will win?

They were not granted that patent. At least not yet. Check the article again it was updated clarifying that the patent was rejected and apple either has to resubmit it or abandon it.
Oh, ok, I just looked at it a little bit, saw the pictures, and I got panicked and pulled the Syndicate Red Alert.
