Will a PCIE x1 AVerMedia HD card fit next to my 750 ti GPU?

However. I dont know if it will fit next to my large GPU (ASUS 750 ti)

if space is a problem why not go with a usb 3 solution?

That's a regular PCI slot not a PCIe slot, so no, it won't fit.

Ya might wanna post ur motherboard. Also that's 1x PCIe, there should be a 1x slot on top. If you have a standard looking motherboard before the Main PCIe slot for graphics.
