Many if not all enthusiast swear to Noctua, here i’ll make a case for Noiseblocker-E-Loop series…
It has a deep sound fan frame, what does that mean in an actual use-case.
It means that if a fan is going to make any audible noise anyway, it might aswell be a more tolerable emitting sound. The eLoop fan gives out a deeper sound, therefore unlikely to cause disturbing noise levels from the fan itself.
The eLoops are amazing in that regard. Noctua fans also share similar deep sound fan-frame design. Both fans the eLoop and Noctua have what is called a aerodynamically optimised loop rotor.
Which is also why, they perform so well and it doesn’t hurt either brand, that the fans are of large plastic material. Making both fans easier and prettier when / if used in custom painting for different builds.

Anyway, it was just a little rant for fans that are on my top tier list. Don’t worry Noctua is up there to
