Who makes the best power supplies for the money?

I was looking at an XFX ProSeries 750W 80 PLUS Silver Certified ATX12V / EPS12V Power Supply. But i just noticed its apparently out of stock. So who else makes really high quality PSU's for the money. I thought there was a brand that logan said was actually made by seasonic.

Seasonic, Corsair, Bequiet, Enermax, NZXT (apparently they are pretty good)

XFX is probably the brand you are speaking of. They aren't made by Seasonic, but they use their parts.

XFX and Rosewill probably have the best value PSU's.

XFX. Seasonic, and Corsair are all made by the same people, I put a Corsair PSU in every PC I build
