Which Thermal Compound?

Hey Guys, I'm gonna go pick up some new thermal compound next week probably at a local store. I've got three choices Arctic MX2, AS5, OCZ Freeze. Which one is best performaning, price dosent matter cause they're like all the same price. 7.49 CADThanks . Also is 70% Rubbing Alcohol good enough to clean off cpu?

I reccomend OCZ Freeze. So does most tests.

Hmm, alright i'll go check some reviews. I'm pretty sure AS5 is the weakest of the three. Also does anyone know if i can use just 70% Rubbing Alcohol to clean off my cpu?

Yeah, i use 70% also. cleans alrite. But i been wanting to buy the real thermal remover.

and OCZ Freeze. Beats both mx2 and silver 5
