Depends a bit on what you need but EVGA is usually best
I have the EVGA 770 SC ACX version. It runs very quiet and really cool. I never even hit 60°C when gaming, and the factory overclock was pretty good. 1200MHz core clock and 3500MHz on the memory. So no complains, except maybe that they use the standard PCB (it also doesn't come with a back plate) and that it is more expensive than other brands.
