its looks kind of like Oxenfurt, i can't tell you which part thou...
Not sure where it is but I can tell you the bottom pic is pretty accurate to ULTRA on PC minus hairworks. The brick looks no where close to the pic on top.
The first one is I believe the hierophants gate to Novigrad.
or possibly the south gate..
