Maybe ID:Invaded?
For as odd a concept it was, I remember being surprised by how well it felt as though it followed internal logic. Like a video game with a bizarre premise whose world nevertheless still maintains immersion.
I have never rewatched it, however, so it is possible I am over romanticising the id well concept.

Interstella 5555. Basically a long form Daft Punk music video as an hour long anime - with no dialogue at all. Yet it still manages to tell a coherent story. Not everyone’s cup of tea for sure…

If we exclude the adult ones - Food Wars… Never finished it, tho, cause it got too silly, but i still appreciate the first couple seasons.

Vinland saga, it’s worth a watch. Plenty of action, character development, politics, history and good animation with no horrible frame rate or cgi. 8/10

Demon Slayer - the Train story arc the full season. Feels like the good ol’ story Arc from the before times.
I should watch more. I think I am about in the middle of the third episode of that CyberPunk 2077 Netflix Anime Series…
