Screen or tmux /dev/ttys0 or whatever your serial device is

Honestly I just use screen. Works fine, you can call xmodem from it, and it’s on pretty much every system you’ll ever run across.

check boxes would be faster than typing or console/terminal tricks but, i guess that doesn’t matter since what i want doesn’t really exist. it’s been a minute since i’ve tried consoling in form linux let alone at all.
