What psu wattage would be required?

My specs are amd fx 6300, Asus LE R.2 M5A97, Asus ghz edition 7870, G.SKILL 1866 1x8 8gb stick (planning to get 16gb), Azza silentem 920b, raidmax 600w 80 plus bronze, seagate 1 tb 7200rpm harddrive.

my question is would my setup work with crossfire 7870's and would my psu have enough wattage for it?

Thanks

Also have two 1920x1080p monitors.

600W is enough for two 7870's but your motherboard only has one PCIe x16.

Somebody tell me who kepts teaching these guys to build with one stick of ram . You need to change boards to make cf worth it . 990 fx

Are you referring to dual channel or there are other reasons to get more than one stick of RAM?

It may be a barebones thing .

Your PSU is barely enough, and isn't a good unit to begin with. I would invest in a solid 650W at least, such as a Lepa G650, just for a tiny bit of headroom, and a much stronger unit internally. Raidmax is generally like powering your system with kerosene.
