XFBURN is excellent for simplicity and K3B if you need extra functionality.
A few years ago, Brasero used to be the best 'coffee coaster' maker for Linux, though it has improved a lot since then.

K3B. It has every single bell and whistle, that I could think of, that anyone would ever use. And not difficult to do casual burning as well.
