What port/slot is this? Supermicro H12DST-B

I’m a server hardware n00b, was surfing the Supermicro website for fun. The H12DST-B mobo seems to be the only mobo one can buy with dual 7002 cpu support.

Could anyone tell me what I have encircled in red ? Thanks

Meant for this chassis. You’ll have you to diy something if you want to use anything else. That’s a very proprietary form factor.

Yeah I know, I was just researching why there aren’t many multi-gpu mobos for epyc 7002 to cater to the hpc crowd.
