What motherboard should i buy?

Hey I am building my first computer and not sure what to buy i have a case and processor already.(Fractal R4 and a AMD FX 6300) What should i get for the rest? i have about 700 left to spend on this build.

Normally i would recommend a Gigabyte 990FX board but this board is solid: ASUS SABERTOOTH 990FX R2.0

thanks, man. one last question i have no plans to do it now but could i over cloak on this if i decide to try that out latter?

I don't see why not. Just pick up some 2133Mhz RAM to help with the OC. And a damn good cooler. Something like the Noctua D14 or D15 should do the trick. Unless you must go Water AIO. But a good old Fan cooler will do just fine. No need to Water cool.
