Rosewill THOR V2 or Rosewill BLACKHAWK or does any one have any other suggestions 

I don't really care about the price but as long it is under $150

You could go with the NZXT Phantom, much better reviews and style in my opinion.

thor is quieter and bigger

thor has 3 230mm fan and a rear 140 stock, and you can add a 140 to the bottom, and it has fan filters on the bottom, AND IT'S A FULL TOWER

Fractal Design R4. Much cheaper, also very nice. Bit Phoenix Shinobi XL also a bit cheaper, and nice.
