BF3 IS DX11 only but because there is DX10 parts in some DX11 games like BF3 and BO2 you can run DX11 but not fully this is a known fact do you math or test your self instead of typing BS here
Well for testing or not, the GTX 275 is not exactly a card that someone will buy, you can grab a GTX 460 which is better in every way for less money...
I only brought up the 480 because it is still relevant in performance, and has DX11 support.... and this is 3 gens old...
Please be quiet. You've already sufficiently embarrassed yourself. It can play DX11 games in DX10. DX10 is not DX11. If you're running a DX11 game in DX10, then you're not using DX11 at all. It turns those features off so the card can run it.
God...get a clue. You can play DX11 games with a DX10 graphics card, but the graphics card won't utilize the graphics capabilities of DX11 because it is not able to. Even if you do get good framerates with DX11 games with a DX10 card, you're not getting the full experience out of the visuals simply because the card isn't capable of displaying the fullest extent of the game's graphical intensity.
If you wanted to show that a DX10 card could play modern games, then that's fine, but just know that you're going to be missing out on a lot of the game's eye candy simply because the card is not capable of displaying DX11 features.
Calling me an idiot now, but says he is playing DX11 titles with a DX10 chip...
Well i was giving proper information, the GTX 275 is no longer relevant, it gets ROFLstomped by the first Fermi GPU's to hit the market, and these can be had for beans, and will rip the GT200 chip a new one...
I get it. It was just to see if a DX10 card could actually still play modern games. All I'm saying is that you're playing those modern games in DX10 and not DX11, so you're not seeing the game's full potential.
