What 7870 should I get?

Im thinking about getting a 7870 but im not sure what one to get. I have been looking at this one-

But this one is cheaper and looks almost the same-

So what 7870 should I get? I want it to stay cool and run fast. haha. Or should I get a different card altogether? I want to stay below $250

for $250 get a 7870 xt/le, much better card (it's actually a 7930) sapphire makes some with decent coolers
