So I recently discovered you guys and I was listening in the background when all of a sudden I heard a familiar voice that took me back to the early 2000s.

There was a little show on 106.7 WJFK in the Washington DC Area called "The Don and Mike Show". On this show, and at the radio station in general, there was a fantastic Engineer. He was an enigma of sorts for quite a while, and still to this day seems to maintain a sense of anonymity as much as possible.


His name was Wendell.

I did an in depth search on the site here and I couldn't find anything brought up about this before. Am I the first to bring this up here?

That was an awwwwful long time ago. I was but a babe and/or college intern. I may have had a rank of admiral intern, however.
