I’m needing to replace the desktop of my IKEA Jerker (I don’t like mousepads, mistake in retrospect). I was thinking butcher block and I am half remembering Wendell doing a recessed monitor desk, and I can’t find the video.

I remember it having an adjustable keyboard with 2 height settings?
Just get the basic ergonomic one sized for you it really doesnt have to be fancy:
