WDDA reports disks from 2020 and 3 years uptime as warning?

Hi all

I just saw this video about WD marking disks as warning when WDDA is enabled after 3 years.

I have disks in my NAS from 2017 and looking into the status I see the warning itself. My qnap is just so buggy that I can not see the actual detail of the drive :person_shrugging:

Does anyone else have this pointless warning?
I guess next time I will not replace the drives with WD ones with that behavior.

Have a nice day

Probably “warranty expiration” advisory.
WD has been terrible lately though.

I guess switching to Seagate and Kioxia is a good way out?
