WD HDD not showing up in windows

Hi guys, 

So I just build my new system and I love it so far. The boot times are just insane (about 6 seconds) with my AData SSD 120gb. This SSD shows up perfectly when looking at the "computer" map, my WD 1 TB does not however. It does show up in BIOS, but since I am new to all this building and messing around in the BIOS I can not figure out how to get it to show up in windows and use it for storage, games, etc.

Would love an explanation:)

 

Ohw PS: my motherboard is the ROG Maximus VI Gene

right click "my computer" > "manage" > find "virtual disk manager" > find the disk, format it, and assign it a drive letter.

not there? Check the BIOS SATAS.

Not there? Start cable checking!
