I have an gigabyte hd7950 and my rig water cool by 420 rad in push/pull, do you think is worth fitting a water block my gpu?

wont that 100% depend on the temp your getting?

Or are you talking about pure aesthetic? 

To noisy when the fans ramp up?

cant see inside my case as brought the non-windowed version of case, I was thinking of pushing on over clock at the moment I am runing 1000 mgz and 1400 mgz mem clock and it is stable at 39 degrees c
