Watercooled Gaming/capture rig advice

I am a seasoned computer builder. I want to build a gaming capture rig, cough this actually is going to be more powerful then my computer by a tiny bit.

I want to build a watercooled microatx Amd computer. There is my problem. I will post what I was thinking.

Mobo: Asus M5A78L-M/USB3 http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813131942

CPU: AMD 8370E

GPU: Powercooler r9 270 turboduo with a watercooler http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814131545

ram: 16gb DD3 1866 Dominator Platinums

Using OBS and Dxstory for capture/Streaming

Here is the issue that board will work but it is a old board no new micro atx mobo for FX line. Okay fine and dandy but no usb3 front connector and only Sata2.

Would it be a better idea to go with the A10 7850k and a newer board or go with the 8370E and that older board?

On a side note I plan on using the GPU as well as CPU for encoding so capture cards with encoders on them are pointless and not as powerful. Here are my 2 choices for capture cards tell me what you think would be better or if you have a better idea suggest it, though it would have to be pci express 1x without a shroud.

If you have any questions post them and if you want to know parts of the build you can ask too.

Go with the 8370. Don't worry about SATA speeds unless your running a serious RAID setup, no single device can push more data than the theoretical throughput. The AMD APUs, while impressive, are not nearly as powerful as the FX series chips. Their only advantage is their built in GPU which is pointless for your use case because you're using a real GPU. As for USB 3 connectivity, do you have any specific need for it to be on the front panel? If not, why worry.
