Want to move to linux, but gaming?

No, but it’s clear the vast majority are 3d games.

Once the head gear is better, ar/vr will offer other experiences we currently don’t have.

A key factor in gaming is immersion and there’s just no comparison to playing on a monitor.

I’m not saying every game will be ar/vr. But it is the future. Just like today not every game is an 80s platformer.

Inside out tracking has enabled smaller place spaces to be usable with VR. But eventually we will have more affordable headsets like Quest2 and also trackpads we can walk and run on, again key word is affordability.

I think with current global strife, AR/VR has had its brakes slammed on hard so instead of that future being a few years away, it could easily take 10yrs now! Shits hitting the fan faster then anyone can clean it up atm…

I was first in line to get DecaGear V1… but looks like that might be a pipe dream now due to most factories shut down in China until late next year! (assuming things get better, lol)
