what clockspeed is this??? tf
it appears my Marvell 10G nic has died. doesnt show up in device manager at all. enabled it in bios, installed driver off of marvells site. Nope. gone.
Could that have attribute to the flakyness you encountered???
So frequency transfer rate is 6600 and voltage 1.41v

what do you mean? this marvell 10G is dead on both my Asrock and Asus boards. and it uses the same problematic AQC113CS nic. it is known for this issue.
Honestly starting to give up on PC’s… since it seems noone has a clue about why my issues are occurring. And after basically replacing every single component, electricity, cables, peripherals, monitors, and EVEN the OS / Drives, the problem keep occurring. So idk what tf is going on. It’s simply not logical for 1% and 0.1% lows to HARDLOCK to half the refreshrate, when NO syncs are enabled- and i only want raw performance!! 1 year of troubleshooting, NO PROGRESS. getting weird stutter all over the place, weird half-loading UI lags, cannot stream games or watch streams because = instant stutter!
Cannot install drivers either, because = instant random mouse latency behavior! Despite no DPC latency peaks! ive checked EVERYTHING. Right now tech is making me depressed if anything. No solutions, noone seems to know why its happening. Its downright annoying. Been spamming AI about this too, and discord servers (even got banned from one because they got fed up with me and my tech issues). When will i finally be able to fix it? When will SOMEONE have an answer thats actually useful??

We also had a electrician over. Nothing is wrong with our house power, so this is architectural issues iam experiencing. SPR does have a known (what even Intel themselves claims as a “No Fix” Errata, with context switches. Streaming causes alot of rapid context switches, which SPR does not handle at all. Hence the extreme stutter while doing so, if HAGS is off (since gpu scheduling is handed over to the cpu then). With HAGS on however, it causes other issues since not even this seem to work properly on SPR. This is by FAR the WORST platform ive ever been on. And people are saying im wrong about my soon 1.5y of testing… yeah no. Ive seen enough, and ive seen what i need to see. This platform is flawed at its core.
ive went thru EVERY SINGLE performance/power related setting in the bios & windows installs that i can possibly do. Enforced strict clock rules & MSI signal mode, turned off all powersaving, and MADE SURE clocks are stable with no variance.
Even swapped boards, cpus, gpus, ssds, OS’es, tried every single dimm of ram individually, diff psu, made sure my houses electricity wasnt defective in some way- even had an electrician over to check it. Ive spent 1000’s of dollars at this point and its breaking me. NONE of this can fix the extreme issues iam having. The platform is unusable as an interactive everyday pc. It may work fine for server stuff & rendering- but thats not things i use it for. i need good realtime performance, and this is bugged af and doesnt have it. Iam so mad at intel that i plan on writing a long text about this and publish somewhere. Call me delusional if you want. Like i said, i’ve seen enough.

This is what happens if i watch a stream. yeah, watching a stream is enough to tank it this badly. 0.1% lows of 30-50 fps… with HORRIBLE stutter to the point its unplayable. Entire pc literally feels like a potato, and theres no way to fix it, like i said. Already tried every single option that exists on planet earth, regarding W790 and its known fixes. Nothing works.
can you try on linux ? issue is software
