So I suspended the VM of Windows 10 Pro like I’ve done for so many years now and ran into an issue with the BRIDGED NIC, it plain wasn’t connecting for some reason.
I did a reboot first, still the same issue, then a shutdown and power on, same results.
I finally changed the VM machine settings in regards to the Network Adapter to uncheck the Replicate Physical Network connection checkbox AND to manually setup the IPv4 configuration to my local subnet using the 192.168.xxx.xxx subnet.
This got things working again but I’ve been fine using that replicate function and Automatic(DHCP) mode for so long, even after suspending and resuming the VM.
Any ideas on this one ?
I wonder if this just kickstarted things and putting it back to what it was before will work once more.
