Can you guys name some of the best video trans-coding software out there.

PS: I want GOOD customization for trans-coding. I dont want ones like Badaboom.

You can customize Badaboom, to a certain extent...

Yeah, but the one thing that pisses me off is that you can customize the exact resolution that you want. They just give you presets to chose from.
