Video Editing Build

I'm after some guidance towards a build for a new pc which will mainly be used for video editing with a small amount of gaming, hopefully the details below give enough information to help with this problem as I am unsure whether to go with an i7 or AMD 8350 or similar. 16gb RAM seems to be the number I want to hit also.

Budget: £750 ($1250)
Primary use: Video editing using Premier Pro CC 2014 / After Effects CC 2014 (Also some photoshop use). The footage edited will be acquired from a GoPro & also Elgato
Secondary use: Gaming (Cities Skylines / Civilization / Football Manager) .

Any help with CPU & graphics cards would be greatly appreciated, the budget can be spent entirely on the base unit as I have a monitor (32inch tv) and keyboard & mouse. Preferably a SSD also!

Something like this
CPU: Intel Xeon E3-1230 V2 3.3GHz Quad-Core OEM/Tray Processor (£176.60 @ (4 cores 8 threads)
CPU Cooler: Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO 82.9 CFM Sleeve Bearing CPU Cooler (£24.99 @ Amazon UK)
Motherboard: Asus B75M-Plus Micro ATX LGA1155 Motherboard (£65.34 @ Dabs)
Memory: Mushkin Blackline 16GB (2 x 8GB) DDR3-1600 Memory (£97.55 @ CCL Computers)
Storage: A-Data Premier Pro SP600 128GB 2.5" Solid State Drive (£48.78 @ More Computers)
Video Card: Sapphire Radeon R9 290 4GB Tri-X Video Card (£246.99 @ Dabs)
Case: Cooler Master N200 MicroATX Mid Tower Case (£32.86 @ CCL Computers)
Power Supply: be quiet! 600W 80+ Bronze Certified ATX Power Supply (£63.54 @ Aria PC)
Total: £756.65

Thanks, looks a nice setup and just over my budget although i'm sure I can shop around for some good deals as i'm purchasing my setup over a couple of weeks.
