What is V2N technology and why is it needed? I’ve looked through a lot of information, but I still don’t understand the point.

In a nutshell, Vehicle-to-Network technology is designed to simplify the exchange of data between cars, buses, pedestrian devices, traffic lights, and any other road objects connected to a single V2N network. The main mission is to ensure the highest possible road safety.
For this purpose, vehicles are integrated with special (often cloud-based) data centers. With stable access to the network, the vehicle can receive the most accurate warnings and real-time traffic updates.
