USW-KM314 not working

I picked up a used USW-KM314 keyboard/mouse switch. I plugged in the 12v power, USB cable to 2 computers, and the keyboard and mouse into HID ports. I can’t get the keyboard or mouse to work. Can someone help me troubleshoot this? Is there a factory reset for this switch?

The blue lights for PC1 and PC3 come on when connected, but no response from keyboard or mouse, and no lights on keyboard.

Are there some troubleshooting steps I can do? Is there a manual for this thing? I wasn’t able to find one online.

Can we get some pictures of your setup? Neither working is strange. Try the blue USB ports as well?
