Since you upgraded RDNA4 GPUs, you may want to look into switching to the Radiance LLM Engine. It seems to be kicking ass, especially if you have additional 64GB of DRAM.
Radiance works on a single 32GB GPU (dual 9070XTs in your case).
Tip: don’t try to build and load it yourself. Use the supplied docker image in the first post.
