I have an ASUS ux32vd with 10GB ram and 256GB SSD.

 

I am looking to get a USB hub to make this laptop my desktop and get rid of my current desktop.

 

I want something like this:

I also want to push everything to two external monitors 

 

Also any good monitors under $200?

I think you're looking for more of a dock. I found this one, but it is a little short on USB ports:
