My Googlefoo is strong but it is failing me so I am asking if there is any way to get around this so I can use my computer how i want to, I never had this issue with the desktop the laptop is replacing. Like the title says, I got a new amd laptop and have a usb c dock with hdmi connected to a monitor and when I go to streaming sites like hulu or prime video it completely locks up the computer but I still hear audio from other tabs, the only fix is to unplug the usb c dock and then I can use the computer again to close the offending tab and then reconnect the dock. I believe the issue has to do with some form of copy protection but I have had the same issue on some sites when a video ad plays. I have no issues with youtube so it is not just a video streaming issue in general.
What model laptop? AMD laptop doesn’t say too much.
What model docking station?
