Buddy has a $300 budget.
All he really wants is CPU, Memory and Motherboard. Everything else, he has. AMD build. Microcenter is just down the road from us and we can pick it up in 18mins. Also they have a $50 off any AMD+ board with purchase of AMD+ Processor. Like to keep it upgradable.
Was Thinking:
CPU - FX 8350
Memory - Corsair Vengeance Series 8GB DDR3-1866. 1866MHz, CL 9-10-9-27, 1.5V
MotherBoard - Biostar TA970XE - overclocked.. (it's in the name)
The motherboard is my only concern really, this is a budget build and I've had two Biostar motherboards that lasted 6 plus years.
Any suggestions?
