So I know few people here use telegram (@anon57598049 @FaunCB) so I thought why not make a group? Maybe there are more lurkers. 
I see that there were TekSyndicate groups but they seem to be ded (the links are expired). So I am curious if there’s enough people to support this one now, or will this follow the same fate.
As for the rules of the group:
pretty much anything goes, just don’t be an active dick to each other and no NSFW coz people may use telegram for work.
