University is out! Planned Build

Hey guys, i'm pretty new to these forums but i've been trying to help out with what i know  and i'd like to share the build i'm planning how that this semester is over. I work nights and because of my schedle i've been unable to work until this semester ended, so i figure if I work two jobs i could save up enough for this rig.

I think i could get around ~$500 if i sell my current pc after i gut the 120gb SSD and the harddrives

I havesome  small questions though, should i wait for haswell? it seems like it's just going to be a drop in power consumption and minor performance increases (im sure the OC headroom would be bigger but i'm not that crazy when it comes to OC).

Also i'm wondering what to do in the basement of the case, i was thinking about an intake fan (the corsair AF fans) and sticking the pump down there. But i want to show off the res as the same time.

I do work with AE and Premier as a hobby but i have the option to buy a 560ti that i figure would handle my workload ezpz.

Feel free to comment, this will be the first time i water cool a personal build, i'll probably use compression fittings btw.

It wouldn't be neccessary but I would change the 60 GB SSD for a 120 or 240 GB one. SSDs have come down in price so much now.

1: What will be your budget?

2: What games do you want to play and at what settings?

3: Will you be overclocking?

4: How much storage do you want to have total?

It's for caching, i have a HyperX 3k 120gb i'm transfering over.

Also:

1. I'm thinking that i should be able to make around $3000-$3500, i'd like to save $1000 for next semesters tuition.

2. I play anygame that isn't on origin, right now i'm enjoying Planetside2, but i'm excited for Crysis 3/ dayz stand alone, and im waiting for Far Cry 3/ Xcom to come down. I'd also be recording/streaming these games.

3. Yes i will, i'm not sure if i can overvolt that gpu but i'll use afterburner anyhow. I'm leaving the ram alone, and i'm going to try for a 4.5ghz OC minimum on that i7.

4. As of now i have 3TB at 7200RPM 6gb/s, 1TB at 7200RPM at 3gb/s, and that SSD.

:( no other thoughts?
