I recently ordered a 4-Port KM, I was able to disable and enable the mouse roaming feature without issues. I am double-pressing L-Ctrl then holding L-ALT + Q0, I just get a double beep. I can adjust the mouse speed with the hotkey combo but I cannot either enable/disable mouse roaming (it’s currently stuck enabled). I just get a double-beep from the KM.
I have not changed anything and was previously able to successfully enable/disable it without issues.
I am using a Razer BlackWidow Ultimate keyboard and Deathadder V2 Pro mouse. I have power cycled the KM and pulled all connections, waited a bit and pressed buttons to dissipate any remaining charge in capacitors. Upon plugging it back in, I am still unable to disable the mouse roaming feature using the hotkeys in the instructions.
