what are the differences except user interface and which one will you prefer ?
I have always prefered the old bioses. It was so much nicer to use and find things before they made it look pretty.
uefi is the successor of bios, efi touch is just a name for an uefi and legacy bios is a bios compatible boot proccess of uefi.
I prefere coreboot over bios over uefi.
