It's not hosted on RTW, and it is clearly stated it is for promotional purposes. What the downloader does I have no control over, but as an uploader of it I can say it is for promotional purposes, plus I legally own copies of these CDs.

They're promotional albums meaning they're free to download in hopes of getting publicity.
