Trackpad Palm rejection - Ubuntu/Xubuntu

I have been using Linux off and on for the last few years. The one issue that has been pushing me back to windows is getting proper palm rejection working. I have gone though multiple laptops all with this issue. The only way to get some kind of palm rejection was to disable the trackpad while typing and re-enable it a second after I finish. Does anyone know of a way to get it working properly? I have tried setting up the synaptic trackpad size and sensitivity with no luck as well.

Are you using GNOME? There is a setting in the tweak tool:

The disable while typing is not actual palm rejection. I have used that but it does not work as well as true palm rejection.
