Torn between these 2 rigs

The title says it all

Definitely the first, unless the compact size of the Brix really appeals to you.

If you play games I'd also recommend 144hz over 60hz, unless you're a panel snob and can't tolerate TN.

Unless You edited, Rig 2 is incomplete.

Rig 1

Brix is , well , a brick .

No style , no resell value .

Also that GTX 760 throttles like heck, according to Linus.

Well the Brix is a barebone so all the missing parts comes with the barebone pc

(CPU, GPU, PSU, etc..)

The Brix seems like a cool idea but. But ya what Tech Noob said. It thermally throttles so bad that a much lower Maxwell GM207 performed better.

Both links dont work for me ?

Otherwise i would have shine´d my critical light on them lol ☺

They work for me :L.  Too lazy to format.

Definitely the first. The BRIX's GPU throttles horribly, not to mention that the Elite 130 isn't that much bigger while allowing you to fit pretty much ANY graphics card.

2 generations or so down the road I think the brix/nuc gaming should be viable. But right now, it's garbage. The components simply create too much heat.

As for the first, everything is golden. The only thing I would change is the case, simply because I like the sleek look of fractal's node 304. It really is beautiful. Case is all personal opinion, though.
