Are any of the parts low quality and will they stop functioning, working, break etc. I will be overclocking my graphics card and processor, Will I run into heat problems, will I need to update the bios for the 8350? I want to cover everything so I know what I'm getting in to when I make my purchase, in conclusion, with any problems that any of you may find, explain why it's a problem and how it can be solved/ what is the correct hardware?

Looks great, the one thing that I would say is a weak point is that cpu cooler especially if your overclocking. I would suggest a Cooler Master hyper 212 plus because its got a 120mm fan opposed to a 92mm which means that the cpu is going to stay quieter and cooler allowing for a greater overclock. If you have a little extra cash I would install more fans to keep that gpu cool, you have room for two 120's on the side two more on top and one in the front and you can get those pretty resonable price, heres what I thought would be good (Its a four pack so you could load that thing up). I will keep looking for possible issues but that's where I would start.
