So I want to upgrade my system with silence optimizing my system as goal. Also I would like a nice SSD.
So what should i go for?

It depends on what you have now e.g what cooler, what case, what case fans you got? And Budget?
well the problem is that my pc is a prebuild one by medion. And the case, fans and cooler is also made by them. So really I have no idea how good they are. All I can say is that they are loud. And for the budget 400 $
