For example MSI MAX Series.
As for the CPU: I’d recommend the 3700X. Depending on your budget, maybe 3800X or 3900X.
BUT: I’d take a new PSU into account as well. Your old one might be 6 Years or more, depending on what you have (and I expet it to be bad)…
