Time to upgrade from Xeon Scalable 1st Gen? for 4K Media playback

So at the moment I’m using a Xeon Silver 4110 + 192gb 2666mhz ram + NVIDIA T400 for a plex/sonarr/radarr/prowlarr + docker machine for my local and external media needs, and its fine and all but when I get the 10G Networking on it maxed out + streaming 4x 4K streams it seems the CPU loves to choke and stutter and curious if someone here has been in the same boat and decided to move over to a new platform and or just maybe I could get something like the 8124M like Wendell has used in the past and maybe help out my issues.

Try and seeing if reserving a single thread for the 4k playback

When using folding at home if I dedicated all threads it would choke, but if I left one out for the OS to use them everything was fine
